Hello, Yes, you can have 2 egg omelette in the morning after having milk/coffee. 2 egg whites or just include 1 egg yolk, if you are underweight you can have 2 egg yolks.

Hi Yes you can have 2 egg omelette in the morning but I would recommend you to take 1 yolk only. The tip also depend on your medical issue so may change if have any medical issue.
