I’m having very intense back pains I can barely walk or bend down it’s really painful just very intense I’m also on my period should I go to the hospital tonight I don’t wanna worry over nothing thou

Yes u should go for an ultrasound to rule out for any underlying issues ,and also get ur MRI done for back to rule out for any disc prolapse or slip disc if nothing comes out in USG
