Usually start with cereals (rice or raagi) then add vegetables and fruits and later pulses (dals). Start with small spoons full and build it upto a cup. Initially one solid feed a day and slowly build it upto 3 to 4 times. The food has to be smooth in consistency without flavouring and seasoning. Please give 4 to 5 spoons boiled and cooled water after food.
