My daughter had a blood test on 11th Sept and major findings are-Iron 33, Hemoglobin 11.6, WBC 12.8, Vitamin- D 16.89, Hb1ac 5.8 fasting suger 107. Report attached
Kindly suggest medication for correction.

Diet should be rich in complex carbohydrates,protein,fibre rich foods.she should avoid processed foods.To make a diet plan I need to take detailed diet history.
I need a detail history on what all she eats with food. What is her height and weight.
She need to add protein in diet . Iron can be managed by channa, rajma, halim seeds, fish, chicken. These wo t increase her sugars too.
