Irregular Periods
My sister has been suffering from irregular periods during three months.She had periods last month before a few days earlier than normal time and this month she is already delayed by ten days from the normal time. She has normal food habit and some stress due to her relationship. What should she do now? Is there any abnormality and what precautions need to be taken for immediate periods. Please reply early.

She needs to be checked. She may need sonography and blood tests. It's better for her to visit gynceologist regularly. She may be having hormonal imbalance
