We had sex on may 7th...after that I got my period on may 29 night (around my period date) with less in blood but last for my normal length 4 days ends on June 2nd....At that time I heard about implantation bleeding so I have douth... So I tried urine pregnancy test on June 3 rd and June 5th.. And both shows negatives... Is it is a accurate result..

Yes the sensitivity of urine pregnancy test by kit are usually high.
However if you still hv doubts you cn do a bet hcg blood test to be extremely sure.
