Is it symptoms of covid 19…
Nausea, loss of appetite, feeling tired from 5 days and for 2 days feeled that I am having fever but thermometer is showing normal temperature, Now feeling normal related to temperature.

Doesn’t sound like covid but could be seasonal flu. So take your anti allergic at night. Only if fever starts rising you have to consult a doctor

Less likely to be covid. ..still follow self quarantine until ur general condition improves... Have temperature recording...and have an eye on any other symptoms

Its don't signify covid infection. Take adequate rest and proper diet. Check your body temperature

Is there any breathing difficulty??? Take plenty of warm water. Take immune boosting foods including lemon,  Turmeric,  Pepper,  etc.
