Is my wife's pregnancy ok?

Sir, I am diagnosed with lymphatic filariasis in my testes 1 year back. I took treatment of "DEC" for 21 days. But still there was left over hydrocele. Now my wife is pregnant. Are there any complications in pregnancy or baby?
