Hello,  you require weight loss but make sure you follow healthy diet and as you have underwent surgery avoid heavy workout at gym.  You can go for walking  and yoga for weight loss. If you loose at least 10 - 12 kgs then also it is sufficient. It will improve your health. I can help you out to achieve your target weight.  As I am from Mumbai. Regards, Registered Dietitian, Fatima Radhanpurwala.
