It hurts behind my sternum bone.
It hurts (shooting pain) behind my sternum bone (exact location: above the centre of my chest) when I stretch my chest diagonally e.g.. when I push my right shoulder in front and left shoulder behind. Also when I change my side while sleeping. I also feel mild pain when I exhale with force.
