From past few years, during winters mostly, my body itches after I eat something spicy, do a strenuous activity, go out in the sun or if there is too much heat in the room. Due to this, sometimes I feel cold and sometimes hot even when others feel cold.
Taking a bath, cold water, moisturizing cream helps I feel. Smoking a cigarette also helps I feel (I might be wrong)
I took some Ayurvedic medicines but they did not help much. They told me it was due to impurities in blood maybe. This repeats every year in winters. I do not know if I have any allergies.

It seems that you have urticaria . But dont worry this can be treated very easly with antihistaminics ( levocetrizine) but you must consult your dermatologist for the confirmation of diagnosis and proper management as this probem recurs and treatment needs to be titre according to your symptoms.
