Hi there The presence of HLA-B27 is associated with certain autoimmune and immune- mediated diseases like ankylosing spondylitis, which causes inflammation of the bones in your spine and reactive arthritis, which causes inflammation of your joints, urethra, and eyes, and sometimes lesions on your skin. High level of CRP indicates infection in body from long germ disease and increased ESR is indicative for any inflammation in body.
