Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Increase your water consumption. Have a glass of water fifteen minutes before your meals. Do regular exercise. Hi I wouldn't suggest you any type of these fad diets. As weight loss should be in  healthy manner. Also, After marriage life really changes as it's very important for female to be healthy. I would recommend you to go to any expert for a personalized plan so that you can lose weight and keep your skin glow and feel energetic. For a while you can follow the following wait loss tips which may help you to some extent but proper result you need to follow up personalized plan 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. Hey! Weight loss is a gradual process. One must remember, weight loss should be fat loss and not muscle loss. A healthy weight loss should aim around 1kg drop in body weight per week! If we aim for a quick weight loss, that is going to lead to muscle and water loss, which isn't healthy and bounce back on scale is ought to happen.

No you can not loose  with k challenge And in short time you can not loose atlest should give 1 month time to your body I need your complete information so that i can tell you how mucu kg you can loose You did not mention your height, weight, current eating habits, current lifestyle etc.

no dear, you have to follow balanced diet 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6.
