Keto and high Triglycerides
Elevated liver enzyme levels from binge drinking over 5 year period, all cholesterol was perfect except Triglycerides which doctor likened to the alcohol. I’ve ceased drinking alcohol and have started a low carb high fat diet. Is this not the right diet considering my high Triglycerides? 33 y/o male healthy except for the alcohol related spike in liver enzymes. Thanks!!!
