About 45 days back I started the Ketogenic Diet, where in I have less than 30gms of Carbs each day, and Majorly focus on Fats.
I have lost about 10kgs since then, and right now I have been loosing inches, though my weight hasn't changed much.
I find this diet to be very beneficial, not only for weight loss but also has my energy levels are pretty high.
I'm planning to go long term with this diet, but first thought I should take advice on the same, as to if there are any long term problems of this diet.
Also I would like to hear from folks, who have tried this diet and how it worked for them.

See, these fancy diet are not good for anybody. They are originated for differentpurpose . Thou it reduces weight very fast but causes side effects.
Loss of confidence
Low carbs flex
Osteoporosis
Vitamin and minerals deficiency like vit D,
vit B12
High cholesterol
High lipid profile
Liver dysfunction
High uric level
Loss of body strength
And many.
That is why being a dietician ,we won't recommend these diet to any body.
When you stop this after some days again you will gain weight.
