Hi . I have pcos . And I am taking medicines for that. Now can I follow ketogenic diet for weight loss? Can I take medicines and keto diet at the same time ? Does ketgenin diet is healthy?

Don't take such type of diet. What's your weight and height? Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty. Drink water 16glasses daily Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Contact me through practo direct consultation for further information

See, these fancy diet are not good for anybody. They are originated for different purpose. These ( keto / paleo diet) have many side effects Headache Irregular period Fatigue Dizziness Loss of confidence Low carbs flex Body pain Osteoporosis Vitamin and minerals deficiency High cholesterol And many.
