Knee pain is due to patella maltracking do VMO exercises for knee. Do regular exercises for 20 minutes a day. Take vitamins and calcium. Consult orthopaedic dr near you once corona virus settles. Or consult on line. Elbow pain might be due to tennis elbow.

As per your history as you have pain in multiple areas.. it could be sign of VitD deficiency but we can't also ignore the symptoms of pain in sitting cross legged on ground which could be early sign of wear in the joints. But don't worry with some simple exercises there's a chance you can get rid of it
Next Steps
you may need to start Vit D dose of 60k units once a week for 2 months you can apply OINTMENT locally and hot packs which can soothen your pain a little you may have to learn exercises for the knee mainly the quadriceps strengthening/VMO/HAMS  and elbow stretches. ping me if you need a material of this..
Health Tips
keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping. don't lift weight with left hand..avoid stairs and sitting cross-legged.. ping me for any other info..
