Knee effusion
I joined gym 5 months ago and since then i have water around my knees, maybe it's because i lifted heavy while training legs. Could you please advice?

There is an effusion of fluid around your knee ..but to rule out any injury pls visit an orthopaedic or a specialised physio who will perform test to check if there is an instability.. If you have got buckling of the knee too than you need to visit an orthopaedic first

Yes.., ur present knee  condition can be because of heavy weight training..
Next Steps
visit an orthopedician , get ur condition diagnosed later on do knee strengthening exercises from physiotherapist..
