1) Early degenerative osteoarthritic changes in from of reduction in joint space , osteophytic lipping , articular cartilage thinning / loss and subchondral cystic changes ( predominantly at patellar lateral facets ) 2) Grade II signal involving posterior horn og medial meniscus . Roots , anterior horn and body appear normal.
