Knee movement when touch the knees
Whenever i touch my knees and do movement like moving it forward and again bending... i feel the movement... or i should say there's vibrating near knee cap... means i can feel the movement... but other people of my age don't feel when they touch their knees... when ever i do squats every 3rd time pop sound occurs from knees... and my kne s feel exhausted in 12-15 squats only... earlier i used to complete 50 without stop... Help!!! I am really depressed....

Hi It's a sign of muscle weakness surrounding the joint.
Next Steps
start wearing a knee supporter while doing exercises. start doing exercises at very light pace n need to do it with correct alignment. if there is any internal rearrangement need to get it evaluated with a qualified physiotherapist first.
Health Tips
do always warm up. followed by exercises and end stretching is mandatory. wear knee cap for proper support. can tape your knee joint . get it done by a Physio if problem persists. Need to evaluate other aspects if still problem persists.
