Knee problem
I had bakers cyst last year on my calf muscles .
After MRI it is was due to an old injury like
Meniscus tear . Done Ayurvedic treatment .
Cyst was ruptured inside . Had consulted orthopaedic surgeon. Still I am having problem
While sitting & climbing steps & also some times while walking . Had done some physio therapy also .
Kindly advise what is the best way of treatment.
