  4. L2 compression. Means full bed rest?

She is 64 yrs old female.Minor fall down. L2 compression by exray. She doesn't fell any pain after two weeks. How long bed rest is mendatory for full repair? In such case bed rest means full bed rest?

3 week minimum. Then walking with belt on, depending on clinical status.

Are you sure she had # L2? Get proper imaging before taking any advice on X-ray.
