L5/S1 mild disc buldge and sacralization
My doctor said i got disc buldge and sacralization. And he suggested to take physio and pregablin tablet for 2months. Its been 1 month but still feeling discomfort and disturbance at my back. Any suggestions please.

Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hai have u taken a seven days session of Physio if not kindly do it and by the by ur day to day ergonomics need to checked out once this low back pain problem start it won’t go easily u have to continue exercises as told by ur Physio
