Last year I had a slip disc L5 S1
It was so terrible I could not stand and walk for few minutes until physiotherapy session. I had to sit for work Is the CHAIR I have attached good or should I change it or buy back support? Thanks

Ergonomics for your sitting posture can be advised after analysing you sitting on a chair with the desk in front. Then only the proper assessment can be made. If you're taking Physio and Again using the wrong ergonomics you might not get relief permanently. Thank you.

No this chair is not adviced. you need to take back support chair with head support as well for maintaing proper posture of neck. If you are purchasing online you can search for BACK SUPPORT CHAIR or CHAIR FOR WORK.
