Hi, I understand it may be very worrisome for you as to how will your daughters react.
Next Steps
First you need to deal with your own anxiety and doubts and fears about this pregnancy. When you have accepted your pregnancy and what it will bring with it, you will be able to communicate with your daughters better. You know your daughters best and would understand their reactions best. Don’t be scared to tell them, the way you must have taken time they too might. Remember your fears and anxiety and understand that they might have similar feelings. It’s important to give them and yourself time. Don’t be judgemental or worried about their initial reactions. Also it is important for the baby inside you to feel wanted and loved right from your pregnancy. To talk about this further you can consult me on Practo. Take care.
Congratulations! The course of events may or may not be in your hand. You should gather courage to tell your daughters about it. If this requires peaceful intervention. Seek help from counselor. They will help family understand things and give a clear perspective based on CBT
