Left armpain from shoulder to elbow back
Been experiencing pain in the left arm from shoulder to elbow region towards the back side of arm since one week.. This pain is radiating up towards the neck also down the wrist. Not able to rise the arm and do normal activities. This is also disturbing sleep and the pain aggravated today multifold . The pain is always there but when I try to ride the arm it is very very painful. So I am most keeping it immobile. I have posture issues like rounded shoulders. But never had any other health issues.

Your pain could be due to neck muscle spasm or cervical spondylosis or cervical disc lesion.
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for your neck twice a day for 15-20 minutes. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do neck stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. Avoid using high pillow. Avoid driving for a week. Avoid lying on the affected side and on your stomach. Avoid prolonged neck bending activities. Need to get corrected with your posture.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

You probably have a radiating pain. Do u also suffer from neck pain? Reconsider ur postures throughout the day when working to find out ur aggrevating and relieving positions temporarily. You do require an assessment and examination to provide you a suitable exercise protocol and find source of pain.

Do not lift heavy objects Sleep on unaffected side

The most common cause of pain behind the arm is due to  posterior rotator cuff muscles. It could also be due to stiffness of your thoracic spine (middle back) Icing is a reasonable solution during the painful period. It should be wrapped in a towel and kept for 15 minutes. Do this for 2 times for atleast 3 days.
Next Steps
hard to diagnose with limited information.
Health Tips
