Left side lower back pain
Hello, Im sarvesh shukla suffering from backache since 7-8 years due to carry heavy load suddenly.  Last year I did my vit d check up so it was too low then doctor prescribed me vit d3 tabs but now Im feeling like my muscles and nerves get tight and I cant stretch enough my legs. I do exercises daily but I want also medical prescription about medicines and what things shall I do. Thank you

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
