Pain in lower abdomen and lower back
I have pain in lower back and lower abdomen specially on the left side. I'm facing difficulties while standing straight and bending.

Do you have both back pain and abdomen pain at the same time? How long do you have this pain? Do you have any gynaecological problem or renal problem?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for your back twice a day for 15-20 minutes. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do back strengthening and stretching exercises.

If You Sit For Long Duration While Working, Back Problem is a Normal Thing .. Sometimes the Pain is Radiating to Other Parts Also .. Try Doing Some Exercises for Lower Back .. Flexion Exercises, Bridging, Tilting Exercises, Back Extention etc. Avoid Forward Bending, Long Sitting, Standing etc. Take Proper Rest and Sleep. Do these Exercises Twice Daily for 3 Days Then Tell Me Your Condition.

I would like to know more about you for proper assessment ..like what do u do? Since when you r getting this pain ? How does the pain feel? It's like tingling or dull aching? Is that pain makes your sleep disturbance ? If that pain is over low back then I would suggest the best ..but as if you are saying it's also in your lower abdomen ..so it would be better to consult a physician ..then let all the examination done and get me with all those examination report  . Did you ever do your back x -ray? Abdominal examination?

It is better if you just show to your physician doctor first. Correct diagnosis is must for better treatment and advice. It can be muscle sprain or cramp.till that time you can use pain relieving spray or ointment like volini gel, diclofenac gel. Use hot water bag fermentation for 10-15min not more than that three times a day.try to do slowly stretching of hip.
