Keep lower end of bed raised,so that legs remain upwards ,while sleeping,for proper upwards blood circulation,anti eosinophilic tab.one course,antibioticand consult ur physician for blood thining tab.like ecosprin,so that veins dont further become narrower to empty blood upwards.add neuro vitamin inj.
