Leg Nerve Pain from last 10 days
I am suffering from nerve pain from last 10 days in my left leg i used volini but still no relief from pain.

I think there is nerve compression or impinge in lower spine arround L3 L4 L5.. Take electrotherapy for 7 to 10 days pain wil b fix then continue exercise those tought by physio. MRI should b done if not relief

Take hot formentation, get your x-ray or MRI done, avoid forward bending and lifting of heavy weight and visit nearby physiotherapy clinic.
