Hello ,
For a few days I have had the left arm back near the ribs and neck pain near the collar bones. Sometimes for seconds i have pin-like pain in my upper chest or u can say the first rib just below the collar bones. Even sometimes I feel weakness in my jaw no pain. I have a left side cervical issue. Even sometimes I have left leg calf muscle pain. Is it all coz of any nerve issue or it's related to the heart. As in January and February only i did all my heart tests ecg and echo all are normal. All blood tests are normal except mild cholesterol which the doctor said can be controlled by eating and exercise. Kindly advise as I am really worried if it's heart related.
Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi,
Pins like pain near the chest area sometimes happens bcoz of gastritis too. If it is related to heart it may radiate to your jaws area too. Most probably it seems more of related to cervical issue but again having a pain in left side of calf too might reflect there is deconditioning of muscles also. There are many evidences which shows direct impact of foot posture related to neck pain. So get it thoroughly checked.
Next Steps
Take Hot Packs 15mins
Correct your posture
Do stretching exercises for neck
strengthen your Upper back and Leg muscles too by taking the guidance of your nearby physiotherapist

Anyways, as your tests were normal and the symptoms you are suggesting are of normally occurring cervical region issues, it should not be a cause for worry.

Health Tips
symptoms of these type are likely due to lesion in brain .
It is not related to heart ...when cervical muscles biomechanics is affected due to cervical issues ..both pain and tingling are the symptoms. But there are lot many reasons ..so get checked with the physiotherapist first.
This is due to deficiency of vitamins and cervical pain, its not related to heart, dont worry.
Consult online or on person with expert neuro physiotherapist for proper assessment or can also contact with Neurologist for treatment.
It is probably related to your nerves. Such pain could also be present because of lower levels of vitamins as well. It is also important that you check with a cardiologistwith your reports, and let them know any significant family history.
