Less weight problem
Dear sir , i'm under weight u want to increase by weight. I have now 60 kg weight and height 6 feet, i looks very thin and want s proper body shape . so i request you to suggest me some thing which has no side effects and is not so costly. So that i can increase my weight as soon as possible .

For gaining healthy weight, you can have curd, milk shakes, smoothies, whole wheat roti, dals, if non veg then eggs, fish or lean meat. Sprouts. Do strength training.
