How soon i expect this to go, i am right now on a week medication and rest for 2 weeks, and using spirometer incentive, attaching picture for better review

Hello ,
I do understand your query.
Looks like you have had a right lower zone patch on the x ray , pneumonia .
If your symptoms don't resolve in a another weeks time ,you will have to get evaluated further for non resolving pneumonia ,for now continue the antibiotics .

X rays take a longer time to resolve around 6 weeks ....if your present condition is improving then ....you need not to worry....
