Liver Function Test Result

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I recently had my annual health check-up where my GGT result under Liver Function Test was found to be 144 (normal range : 15-85). The consultant had requested me to do the same LFT test after 10 - 15 days gap. I did the test again after 15-20 days, and the GGT result was 97 this time. Just wanted to know if there is anything to worry about or diagnose further. (Note: I do not have any problems like pain etc. Alcohol and smoking - occasional)

Intake of alcohol occasionally also will have effect on GGT level .. better to get rid of it permanently .. also u can take opinion of Gastroenterologist / Hepatologist for undertaking an ultrasound of abdomen or any other test if required .. low fatty foods adviced from my side along with exercise for 1 hour/ daily ...
