Your BMI is 30.1 which puts you in the obese category. All your reports are suggestive of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which is fast becoming the number one cause of liver disease in India.
Next Steps
I would strongly suggest that you place yourself under the care of a gastroenterologist who can monitor your liver on regular basis. Weight loss through healthy diet and exercise till you reach a normal BMI would definitely help.
