Long flat white mass out of sinuses
A long flat white mass came out of my left sinuses. It happens about once a year. It is more rubbery than hard. I have had quite a few sinus drains in the past. I’m not sure what it is as it doesn’t resemble mucous

You could be having chronic sinuitis (? Could be fungal) You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses if needed.
