Theres is no quick fix for weight loss. Fat in Thigh area and abdominal area is nothing but stubborn fat and cellulitis, you have to follow a diet plan which will include good quality protiens , essential fats and complex carbohydrate. If you are just doing exercise and nothing including proteins your skin may look saggy . Also we need more details to understand your body and blood workup to know how well your metabolism is responding.
Next Steps
you can book a consultation and meet us in person to help you better , also we do online consultation.

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Required supplementation will be added in a customised diet plan. For personalised diet and exercise guidance please contact us.
