Looks like oral CARCINOMA, ulcers on lip
10 months back, I was diognosed of osmf With heavy burning of mouth with white bands and patches inside cheeks grey colour in middle white like PATCHES,both the cheeks Now since 5 months round uppish UNHEALING ULCERSI ON LIPS ARE DEVELOPING AND ADDING MORE AND MORE, ON BOTH THE LIPS. ENTIRE MOUTH IS PAINFUL. INABLE TO EAT BOILED FOOD WITHOUT CHILLY. SINCE UNHEALING ULCERS ARE 5 MONTHS AND MORE, I FEAR IT TURNED TO ORSL CARCINOMA. PLEASE SUGGEST MEDICATION. I DONT WANT CHEEKS ARE  TO BE BIOPSIED USED TOBACCO CHEWING VERY MUCH SINCE 7 YEARS.

Hello sir By your history it feels there are chances of malignancy... osmf and also non healing ulcer need biopsy... please do not worry it is a small procedure ... get it diagnosed first and then lets decide abt further management... very small procedure and there might not be a need for general anaesthesia too
