Low back pain
I have low back pain sone 2 week, also in left buttock. Pain while sitting also. Feel stiffness in lower back. What to do?

You have not mentioned any previous episodes .. thinking of fresh episode get a muscle relaxant twice a day with antacid and also get your vit D3 Level and in case pain doesn’t come down get X-ray LSspine
