Low Back pain problem
Unable to sit more than 5 minutes.... ( I have been facing problem from 2 years) please suggest ...

You need further evaluation. Consult orthopaedic dr. Do back muscle strengthening exercises. Take vitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for lower back and legs --.(Take help of a physiotherapist or, visit my you tube channel 'ncgupta me and my yoga'.) --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Pain in lower back may be two cause first is spasm of back muscles it causes more pain in longstanding sitting works and second is prolapse disc where u have pain even if walk or sit or sleep u feel pain and some times pain radiate to legs

Avoid weight lifts, take a break from prolong sitting and Change your sitting posture which is veryimp and use lumbar belt which is very useful and go for physio IFT,TENS

Hi, most common complaint by IT professionals. LBA for your age group is mainly due to poor ergonomics. Proper posture and lifestyle is the only solution here. if you have a radiating to either of your legs then that would be a cause of concern. Solution for isolated LBA - Rest, Hot fermentation, Lifestyle and posture correction - most important, exercises to strengthen your back. and analgesics.
