Are Vit D and B12 deficiency the only issues that you're facing?

In order to treat Vit D deficiency you have to make sure you include Milk and milk Products , also try to expose yourself to sunlight. Vegetarian diet is low in Vitamin B12 but a vegetarian can manage to get B12 by the gut bacteria. Make sure you have good fiber intake and probiotics like Curds.
