Eat healthy fats as more of dryfruits ghee butter etc . Take starchy vegetables as potatoes sweet potatoes etc . Enjoy being healthy . Stress less drink more and do exercise . Focus on gaining muscle mass not fat . Still need guidance consult personally

Hi Have milk,  dry fruits and nuts,  bananas daily. Increase your protein consumption. Also increase your carbohydrate consumption. Use bigger plates to eat and eat frequently. Exercise regularly. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards

Weight gain in right direction. Balanced and nutritious diet plan will help you to gain weight.
