Low weight problem.
Basically I'm a slim built person. Still even at this age, I resemble a class 12 student or less. I tried many tips and tricks to gain weight and all, but all seem to be failing. I donno what to do next. Please help me to solve this problem.

Have a healthy diet and work on your fitness. if you really wish to have a healthy weight gain, consider gaining a few kgs of muscle the through exercise and proper diet. This takes many months. Choose a good fitness guide and dietitian.
