Lower abdomen tiredness
Hi all.. From last 15 days i am feeling lower abdomen muscle tiredness especially when i walk, no problem in sitting , sleeping but back ache spoke to the gastro dr he said ultrasound not necessary but earlier i was facing gas and acidity problem Ps I am overweight and no diarrhoea or bowel issues Reccomendation pls

Need more details about your SYMPTOMS. Lower abdomen pain can have a lot of Possible causes.
Next Steps
ULTRASOUND or advanced imaging may be needed. other advanced investigation may also be needed sometimes depending your probable cause.
