Lower back and leg pain.
I injured my lower back during exercise. Gradually (3-4 days), the pain went down my left leg. As it seems, it is a nerve pain in my leg. Kindly advise.

Pain radiating down the lower leg may be caused by disc compressing the nerve root or dura of nerve or may be due to fascial tightness or muscle trigger points so better avoid bending forwards and lifting weights and consult a Physiotherapist who can help you
