Lower back pain and hurts to touch
Hi, I have lower back pain for past 4 days. I sat in a cushion seat which doesn't have a back support. Just a seat which goes down like spring if we sit down. Had to sit on that for a couple of hours at my relative place. I sat on it. Stood up once or twice in that couple of hours. Few kids were playing and also hit my lower back left side with their hands /head by mistake. I just rubbed my back after that. Since that day , I have sore pain in the lower back. Able to stand and sit, walk. But can feel the sore pain and it comes till mid back. Kind of radiating there. On both sides..more on left. I rubbed move gel and it hurts to touch the lower back. I am not massaging. Is it normal to hurt when touch. Few spots are really hurting if I touch. Is this normal or need any treatment. Does anything help to try at home first. It hurts while lying down. Ok to sit. But hurts on and off. It's kind of sore pain. Also hurts to touch the lower back. Is this normal. Any medicine to help with
