He is having lower back pain which is going through toes... Complete lower back n legs are aching.. We have seen physiotherapist as well as urologist but nothing works so far.. The pain is persistent from last one week. Kindly some one let me know the possible causes n cure of the pain

First we should find out the cause of the pain.
Did he fall or met with any accident or lift heavy weights??
Is the pain is sudden or gradual?
Is he has any deficiencies?
Meet an orthopaedic for the investigations.
Meet a physiotherapist for pain relief ,for strengthening exercises and to improve or modify the life style according to the condition.
Next Steps
take rest for 3days,hot water fermentation,meet physio for pain relief.
If pain not subsides go for investigation.

⢠Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
⢠Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
This can be a cause of lumbar disc radiculopathy, please get your MRI done for lumbar spine and than consult a physical therapist or orthopaedic expert .
As of now start heating your lumbar spine for 10 mins three times in a day and use a good sport shoes which has a soft insole .
Pain in the back and leg is due to nerve root compression due to disc bulge. Get MRI scan and consult orthopaedic doctor. It might be helped with physio - traction and IFT. If not then nerve root block
