Meet an orthopaedic for the investigations. Meet a physiotherapist for pain relief ,for strengthening exercises and to improve or modify the life style according to the condition.
Next Steps

This can be a cause of lumbar disc radiculopathy, please get your MRI done for lumbar spine and than consult a physical therapist or orthopaedic expert . As of now start heating your lumbar spine for 10 mins three times in a day and use a good sport shoes which has a soft insole .

Please get an XRay of your lower back. Did you lift anything heavy or hurt yourself? Please meet a physiotherapist with the XRay report.
