Lower Back Pain from yesterday
While doing a walk yesterday evening, had a sudden lower Back Pain. Applied ointment. Pls suggest a medicine for relief.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio-IFT. Muscle relaxant and pain killers might help. Consult orthopaedic doctor
