How to cure lower back pain forever. My back connected to tail bone had always got the pain. When there is pain on the sides of back then the respective legs, knees and hip also have the stressed or elongated pain

Dear Madam If your pain is due to a disc prolapse, surgery and removal of the disc will cure the back pain forever So First we need to find the cause of the back pain and proceed accordingly
