  4. Lower back pain. From last 2 days.

Lower back pain
I am having lower back pain due to this I am unable to bend forward and backward . I am facing this problem from last 2 days .

Try pain killer with muscle relaxant with hot fomentation. If not still better then consult a doctor.

It may be acute muscle sprain. You can use volini spray along with muscle relaxant.
